Hi, I am Kurt. I continue to serve as the founder and President of North Pointe Commercial Realty since 2001. I have assisted hundreds of companies, both in the Dallas Fort Worth area and across the country, with their real estate needs using proven processes and creative solutions. Representing organizations within their strategic portfolio planning and overall occupancy cost reduction goals, our primary focus is delivering quality corporate services and quality tenant representative services.
Since starting North Pointe Commercial, I have completed several million of square feet in industrial lease transactions and hundreds of thousands of square feet of office transactions.
